Kam's Aradan, Melanie's Boyfriend, Leta's tech support. Franklin is a stereotypical computer geek; he has exceptional hacking skills, and under developed interpersonal skills. He tends to avoid social interaction not directly related to his duties. He has built numerous drones and sensor platforms which have been incorporated into systems being tested at the front. During his time at Brazeau he was disciplined several times for unauthorized use of surveillance systems to monitor his fellow students; a practice that has continued since being assigned to Unit 098. His agoraphobia has not reduced his effectiveness to his unit as he is able to attend missions remotely through his drones and remotes.
His hobbies include pre-AE 2D television, science -fiction, fantasy and anime. He is prone to possession and any spirit or demonic encounters, are a risk for him.
