Unseelie Court

The fae court of the night, dark, or winter fairies. This court is made up of Fae that use the lower frequency magic and can be often mistaken for demons or their servitors. Many are simply nocturnal though some do prey on humans, which has given this court the human reputation as "Bad Faeries"

The members of the dark court have a treaties with the Winter Queen, as opposed to the Summer King of the Seelie Court. Each Fae (or Fae community) who wishes to be part of a specific court will swear their fealty to their sovereign either at Winter (Unseelie) or Summer (Seelie)  solstice. In general Unseelie are creatures of the dark and are nocturnal, many are harmed by light. They most often appear to humans at night.
