Seelie Court

The fae court of the day, light, or summer fairies. This court is largely made up of Fae that use the higher frequency magic nearer to what Angels have access to, and many of them live directly in ley-lines or in very high mana zones. Human society suggests they are "Good Faeries" but while many are sympathetic to the health of the human population there is an equal number that do not particularly care, or even see humans as a nuisance to be removed. 

The members of the light court have a treaties with the Summer King and obey his laws, just as the Unseelie obey their Winter Queen. Each Fae (or Fae community) who wishes to be part of a specific court will swear their fealty to their sovereign either at Summer (Seelie)  or Winter (Unseelie) solstice. In general Seelie are creatures of the light and are not harmed by the sun, and are diurnal appearing to humans during the day.
